PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

This website, easy-apply.net, including all its features and content (the “Site”), is operated by Easy Apply US (“Easy Apply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). All services provided through this Site are subject exclusively to the terms described below.

Easy Apply is a private document-preparation service. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any government agency. Form I-90 may be obtained at no cost directly from USCIS at uscis.gov. Our fee covers the preparation assistance described in these Terms, not the form itself.

1. LIMITED SITE LICENSE

By using this Site, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal purposes only. This license may be revoked at any time without prior notice.

2. LIMITATIONS OF USE

The content of this Site is for personal use only. No commercial use is permitted. No part of this Site’s content may be shared, distributed, reproduced, or monitored without prior written consent. Authorized use of this Site is subject to applicable U.S. and international laws.

3. NATURE OF SERVICE — NO LEGAL ADVICE

Easy Apply is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice in any form. Our service is limited to helping you prepare your Form I-90 application through a guided online questionnaire.

However, Easy Apply has partnered with independent, licensed immigration attorneys who offer an optional application review service. If you select this add-on at checkout, an independent attorney — not Easy Apply — will review your completed application before it is delivered to you. This attorney review is a separate professional service provided solely by the reviewing attorney. Easy Apply does not supervise, direct, or take responsibility for the attorney’s review or any advice the attorney may provide. The attorney-client relationship, if any, is solely between you and the reviewing attorney.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on this Site — including text, images, graphics, files, and scripts — are the intellectual property of Easy Apply or its respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any Site content is strictly prohibited.

5. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Easy Apply reserves the right to remove any content that infringes a valid copyright. Any party with a copyright claim must submit a removal request to Easy Apply at support@easy-apply.us.

6. PROHIBITION ON SOLICITATION

You may not use this Site to distribute advertising, promotional materials, solicitations for goods or services, or invitations to join any organization or enterprise without the prior written consent of Easy Apply.

7. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING

This Site may display third-party advertising or sponsorship content. Advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring their materials comply with applicable laws. Easy Apply is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any third-party advertising appearing on this Site.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order begins processing immediately upon submission of payment. The guided questionnaire, including all field-level instructions, pop-up guidance, and personalized explanations displayed during the completion of your application, constitutes the core of Easy Apply’s service and is delivered in real time as you navigate the platform. Accordingly, substantial performance of Easy Apply’s service begins immediately upon your first access to the guided application workflow following payment.

You may request a cancellation only if all of the following conditions are met:

– The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment; and
– You have not yet accessed the guided application workflow (i.e., you have not navigated past the payment confirmation into the form questionnaire); and
– No completed application package has been generated, previewed, or delivered to your email.

If any of the above conditions is not met, your order is considered fulfilled and cancellation is no longer available.

Deadline Enforcement and Date Manipulation

Easy Apply’s platform includes automated eligibility and deadline checks designed to prevent users from completing applications that fall outside USCIS-permitted filing windows. These checks are based on the information entered by the user.

If a user provides false, altered, or manipulated date information — including but not limited to falsifying a card expiration date, date of birth, or any other date field — for the purpose of bypassing the platform’s eligibility restrictions, obtaining access to the guided workflow, or generating an application package that would not otherwise be available, such conduct constitutes fraud and a material breach of these Terms.

Easy Apply maintains timestamped logs of all user sessions, field entries, and date inputs. In cases of suspected date manipulation, Easy Apply reserves the right to:

– Deny any refund or cancellation request;
– Suspend or permanently terminate the user’s account;
– Report the conduct to relevant authorities;
– Pursue all available legal remedies.

No refund, credit, or remedy of any kind will be issued where date manipulation or fraudulent input is identified or reasonably suspected.

Scope of Service

You acknowledge that the scope of Easy Apply’s services is limited to delivering, via email, the following:

– Your completed Form I-90, filled out with the information you provided
– A personalized document checklist based on your situation
– Clear mailing instructions showing exactly where and how to submit your application to USCIS
– All applicable USCIS payment authorization forms, pre-populated with your information

Our services do not include the actual renewal or replacement of your Permanent Resident Card, which is the sole responsibility of USCIS. Once the application package has been delivered to your email inbox, our services are considered complete and fully fulfilled.

A customer’s inability to mail documents, failure to act on the instructions provided, or a subsequent decision that services are no longer needed does not constitute a failure of service on Easy Apply’s part, as the agreed scope of services will have been fully performed.

9. REFUND POLICY

9.1 General Rule — No Refund After Service Access

Because Easy Apply’s guided preparation service is delivered interactively and in real time — through field-by-field instructions and pop-up guidance displayed as the user completes the application — the service is consumed during platform use and cannot be returned or undone.

No refund will be issued once the user has accessed the guided application workflow, regardless of whether the user completed the form, downloaded the package, received the delivery email, or submitted the application to USCIS.

9.2 Limited Pre-Access Refund

A full refund may be issued solely at Easy Apply’s discretion if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

– The refund request is received within 24 hours of payment; and
– The user has not accessed the guided application workflow; and
– No application package has been generated or delivered.

Requests that do not meet all three conditions will be denied.

9.3 No Outcome-Based Refunds

Easy Apply prepares and delivers a guided application package based on the information provided by the user. We have no authority over, and no responsibility for, USCIS adjudication decisions. The following circumstances do not entitle a user to a refund under any condition:

– Approval or denial of the application by USCIS or any other government agency
– Issuance of a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID)
– Government processing delays or backlogs
– Changes in USCIS policy, form editions, or filing fees after delivery
– User error in signing, printing, or mailing the completed application
– Loss, interception, or non-delivery of the application by postal carriers

9.4 Government Fees

USCIS filing fees authorized via Form G-1450 or G-1650 are paid directly to the U.S. government and are entirely separate from Easy Apply’s service fee. Easy Apply has no ability to refund government fees under any circumstances. Disputes regarding government filing fees must be directed to USCIS at 1-800-375-5283.

9.5 How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@easy-apply.us. Requests submitted via phone, social media, or third-party platforms will not be accepted as valid notice under this policy. Easy Apply will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

9A. CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

By completing payment and accessing Easy Apply’s services, you agree to contact Easy Apply’s customer support team at support@easy-apply.us before initiating any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor.

Easy Apply maintains comprehensive records of all user activity, including but not limited to:

– Timestamped session logs
– Field-by-field interaction records showing which instructions and pop-up guidance were accessed
– Date and time of application package generation
– Date and time of email delivery confirmation
– All date inputs entered by the user during the application process
– The checkout acknowledgment confirming the user’s informed consent to purchase

These records will be submitted in full as evidence in any chargeback or payment dispute proceeding to demonstrate that Easy Apply’s services were fully delivered and actively consumed by the user.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Easy Apply constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, Easy Apply reserves the right to:

– Submit all session records and delivery evidence to the payment processor
– Suspend or permanently terminate the user’s account
– Pursue the disputed amount through collections or legal proceedings
– Report fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant authorities

Easy Apply takes chargeback abuse seriously and will contest all disputes where evidence demonstrates that the service was delivered and accessed.

10. SERVICE FEES

Base Package — $250.00

Your package includes:

Guided online questionnaire that adapts to your specific situation
Automated review of your responses for common errors and missing information
Your completed Form I-90, ready to print and sign
A personalized document checklist for your situation
Clear instructions showing exactly where and how to mail your application to USCIS
Delivery of the complete package to your email inbox

Optional Add-On — Attorney Review: $300.00

For an additional fee of $300.00, you may select the attorney review add-on at checkout. An independent, licensed immigration attorney will review your completed application before it is delivered to you. See Section 3 for full details on the nature of this service.

Easy Apply does not charge for Form I-90 itself, which may be obtained free of charge directly from USCIS at uscis.gov. Our fee covers the preparation assistance, guided questionnaire, and support services described above.

11. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS

Easy Apply does not warrant that this Site or its content will be error-free, free of viruses, or uninterrupted. The Site does not guarantee that content is always accurate, timely, or reliable. Easy Apply may make changes to the Site’s features, functionality, or content at any time without notice.

12. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Third-party content may appear on this Site or be accessible through links. Easy Apply is not responsible for and assumes no liability for any inaccuracies, errors, defamation, or other issues in third-party content. Third-party opinions and information are not endorsed by or representative of Easy Apply.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

13.1

THE CONTENT AND SERVICES OF THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” EASY APPLY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EASY APPLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, CLAIM, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM:

(A) ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING TECHNICAL INACCURACIES;

(B) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT;

(D) UNAVAILABILITY OF THIS SITE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF;

(E) YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS SERVICES;

(F) YOUR USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SITE.

13.2

EASY APPLY IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH USCIS OR ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY. OUR FEES COVER PREPARATION ASSISTANCE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR FORM I-90 ITSELF, WHICH IS AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE AT USCIS.GOV.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EASY APPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, CLAIM, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS SERVICES. EASY APPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ITS SERVICES.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

Easy Apply shall not be in breach of these Terms and will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, government shutdowns, strikes, or changes in law. If such circumstances persist for more than 60 consecutive days, Easy Apply may terminate its obligations under these Terms without liability.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Apply and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from your violation of these Terms.

17. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES

The provisions of Sections 12 (Third-Party Content), 13 (Disclaimer), and 14 (Limitation of Liability) are for the benefit of Easy Apply and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, each of whom has the right to enforce these provisions directly.

18. PROHIBITED AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

Easy Apply reserves the right to investigate violations of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and disclosing relevant user information — including IP addresses, usage history, and email addresses — as required by law. Easy Apply may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason.

19. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age;
You are completing this application for yourself and not fraudulently on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent;
All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and legally correct;
You understand that deliberately providing false information may subject you to criminal prosecution under the laws of the United States.

Easy Apply will provide your personal information to third parties only as required by state or federal authorities.

20. REMEDIES FOR VIOLATIONS

Easy Apply reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under law for violations of these Terms, including blocking access to the Site from specific IP addresses or devices.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any action arising from or related to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

22. PRIVACY

Your use of this Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining Terms. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Apply regarding your use of this Site.

24. AMENDMENTS

Easy Apply reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this Site and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of this Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
